Get Involved
There are lots of ways in which you can get involved in the life of our church, including participating in services or helping to keep the church clean and tidy. Please speak to the Rector if you would like more information or to get involved in any way.
Cleaning
We have a small team that prepares the Church for Sunday and for the week ahead.
Coffee
We always invite everyone to join us for tea or coffee and biscuits after the Sunday services, and a small team of volunteers serves this.
Flowers
We have a small team who create the lovely flower arrangements within our Church.
Intercessions
Members of the congregation take turns leading in prayer during the Sunday and the Wednesday services.
Prep
Set up the alter on a Saturday in readiness for the next day’s Eucharist and then wash up the Communion Vessels after the Sunday service.
Reading
Members of the congregation read lessons at the Sunday and the Wednesday services.
Sidespersons and Welcomers
Greet people as they arrive, and hand out and take back books.
